Following a profound personal loss and a period of near-monastic seclusion, ‘(Nice Dream)’ became Yang’s way of moving through grief, its knights, quests and endless winters becoming the language through which he gives form to isolation and a life that seemed, for a time, to have slipped beyond his control.
