Overview

My work explores the clash and fusion of different culturescustomsand ethnicity in specific regionsand the backside of urban landscapeslike my own play with interaction of multiculturalwhich are often ironic and provocative in a dark comedy way expressing social engagement and political perceptions.

Runo B is a visual artist. He dropped out of Huaqiao University (2013) and continued his artistic exploration in Italy and obtain a bachelor's degree of visual Arts at Fine Arts Academy of Venice (2017) and a master's degree of visual Arts at Fine Arts Academy of Bologna (2020).

 

Runo B held his first solo exhibition “ASS OF GOD” at Pata gallery in Shanghai (2021). He also participated in the project “Venice Time Case” of the curator Luca Massimo Barbero, and his work were exhibited at Tommaso Calabro Galleria in Milan and Galerie italienne in Paris (2021-2022). He wons the finalist of Premio Francesco Fabbri (2021) and prize Arte Laguna (2017).
